Toni Hardigree: Dedicated to Her Community

Success can be measured not only by hard work and dedication to one’s career, but also by her commitment to the community and giving back.

No one embodies these traits more than Toni Hardigree. Toni is the owner and broker of Platinum Properties Real EstateCompany, working alongside her daughter, Kelsie, the associate broker. Together they bring more than 25 years of real estate knowledge and expertise to the real estate marketing in Effingham County and surrounding areas.

Celebrating 10 Years

Platinum Properties is getting ready to celebrate their 10-year anniversary of being in business in Effingham County. They are a full-service real estate company serving clients with buying and selling residential and commercial property as well as land. With a focus on helping their clients find their dream homes, business location or other land acquisitions, Toni has built Platinum Properties into a premier company in the county.

“We take great pride in representing so many of our friends and associates with all of their real estate needs,” says Toni.

Community Advocate

Many know Toni Hardigree as an exceptional businesswomen, agent and broker. They also know her as a community advocate and volunteer, giving back to the communities she loves.

Toni has been on the Rotary Club of Effingham County for many years, serving in numerous roles and on many special projects including Star Student, Speech Contest, Volunteer of the Year Award Banquet and Family Fun Day (formerly the Special Olympics). She is also the incoming President Elect for the 2022-2023 year.

In addition to Rotary, Toni is one of the directors on the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce. She is proud of the work the Chamber does alongside the CEO, Andy Cripps and the other board members and ambassadors.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband in the yard, the garden and the pool. They enjoy getting together with their five children and two grandsons. They are especially excited for the addition of a granddaughter, due in August!

When asked what advice she would give other women out contemplating going into business, she says, “Go For It! Follow your dreams. The sky is the limit. Work hard, but take time to play hard too. Set goals and make a plan to achieve them!”
