Plant Riverside District will host a special Meet the Maker - Maker’s Mark Dinner at Stone & Webster Chophouse, a modern restaurant that offers a new take on the American chophouse experience.

This intimate Meet the Maker dinner will feature Maker’s Mark Chairman Emeritus Bill Samuels, Jr. and his Loretto, Kentucky distillery’s award-winning bourbons, which are known for their delicate sweetness and balanced flavors.

At this special evening, five signature drinks will be paired with a delicious five-course dinner. Menu highlights include Chilled Oysters with Watermelon Mignonette, Aged Beef Tartar, Arctic Char with Crab and Smoked Tomato, Braised Pork Cheek with Parsnips and Crispy Sweet Potato, and Wagyu Beef with Potatoes and Mushrooms.

The Meet the Maker - Maker’s Mark Dinner is open to the public. Tickets are required. Pricing is $150++ per person.
