The next "Big Comedy Network at District Live" series headliner will be Adam Ferrara.

Adam Ferrara is a film and television actor, accomplished stand-up comedian and experienced show host. Dubbed “hilarious” by Entertainment Weekly, Adam’s comedy album “It’s Scary in Here” debuted at #1 on iTunes. Adam wrote and produced his own television special “Adam Ferrara: Funny as Hell” and has also appeared on numerous talk shows, including “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Known for his role as Chief “Needles” Nelson on the EmmyⓇ nominated FX drama “Rescue Me,” Adam co-starred with EmmyⓇ Award-winner Edie Falco on Showtime’s hit series “Nurse Jackie” and alongside Kevin James in the film “Paul Blart: Mall Cop.”

In addition, Adam co-hosted the critically acclaimed BBC sensation “Top Gear USA” for six seasons, starred in the AOL series “In the Driver’s Seat with Adam Ferrara” and was the online host for The Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction. Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Adam hosts “The Adam Ferrara Podcast,” where he interviews leading actors, comedians, directors and show hosts.

SHOWTIMES: Thursday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, December 9 at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.; and Saturday, December 10 at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

TICKETS: General admission tickets for all performances are $25 per person and $35 for VIP tickets with preferred seating and the opportunity to meet Adam Ferrara after the show. “Top Gear” fan tickets are also available for $22. The performance on Thursday, Dec. 8 also features $15 tickets for first responders and SCAD students. Tickets are available at plantriverside.com.
